Upsert the property’s service philosophy. Creates the philosophy row on first call, modifies on subsequent calls. Every axis is required so the philosophy is always fully specified — partial updates would let operators drift into half-set axes without intending to. The 1:1 property_has_philosophy link is established on first call and not re-linked on subsequent updates.

Effects: create hospitality.service_philosophy; modify hospitality.service_philosophy; link hospitality.link.property_has_philosophy.
