Post the head housekeeper’s instructions for a day to the floor (hubOS’s ‘indications’). The author is the staff member behind the session; a caller that is not one (an agent, the desk without a staff record) names the author with author_id — a supervisor (housekeeping or front-office supervisor, manager on duty, general manager, owner) at the house. business_date defaults to the house’s today. Replay-safe per property × date × author: the same text again writes nothing; different text is a second briefing, never an edit — readers list a day’s briefings newest first by posted_at. Emits housekeeping.briefing.posted.

Effects: create hospitality.housekeeping_briefing; link hospitality.link.housekeeping_briefing_at_property; link hospitality.link.housekeeping_briefing_by.
