• Production API

Record what a guest told the house — a complaint, a compliment or a suggestion — as an open case at the target property. From a triaged message (from_triage_id, or the message itself as message_id): the feedback links the message, takes its guest, channel and time, and a complaint.* intent gives the kind and category (complaint.noise → complaint / noise). One feedback per message: recording the same message again with the same kind, category and text is a no-op, and with different ones is refused. From a stay (stay_id): the stay’s guest is linked unless person_id names another. A complaint needs a category. text is the guest’s words (or the desk’s summary of them) and is marked as the guest’s; the message’s own excerpt is never copied. delegate_to hands the case to a role at once. Emits guest_feedback.recorded.

Effects: create hospitality.guest_feedback; link hospitality.link.guest_feedback_for_stay; link hospitality.link.guest_feedback_for_person; link hospitality.link.guest_feedback_from_message.

Apply against an open branch’s overlay view instead of the canonical (main) plane. The action’s writes land in the branch’s copy-on-first-write overlay, its events in the branch’s own stream, and the invocation is journaled for merge-by-replay. Branch writes are action-only, so this is the write-side entry point to a branch (POST /v1/branches forks one).
