Read an existing instance.

A named group of staff at a house that work is assigned to — the third-floor runners, the public-areas team, the night maintenance crew (hubOS’s workers groups and its valets by floor). name is unique among the house’s groups (define_worker_group upserts by it); department says whose work it takes — a housekeeping task goes to a housekeeping, public_areas or other group, a work order to a maintenance or other one; floors, when given, are the floors it covers, and a task in a room or area on another floor is refused to it. Members are worker_group_has_member edges (set_worker_group_members). Work assigned to the group (housekeeping_task_assigned_to_group, work_order_assigned_to_group) is taken by the member who starts it; a staff member outside the group may not start it. A retired group takes no work, and its open work returns to the open board.

provenance

Per-property source attribution and pins. An entry under properties means the property’s current value came from that source (on the source’s own clock, source_updated_at); an entry under pins is a human override protecting the property from sourced writes.

Quoted strong validator (RFC 7232 §2.3) carrying the object’s monotonic version. Informational on the read path — object mutation goes through typed actions on /v1/actions/{action}/apply, not raw CRUD.

No object with that id (or soft-deleted).
