Read an existing instance.

F&B ingredient catalog row (identity + canonical unit + allergen disclosure). Supplier price is property-scoped via the ingredient_supplier_price companion per design- spec §B.3; the refresh_recipe_pour_cost flow reads the active price row for the recipe’s property. Source-side allergen flags roll up into recipe.allergens.
