Edit the target company’s billing party: billing address, tax identifier (the VAT number that makes the document usable for their input-tax recovery), registration number and invoicing email — accounts payable, never whoever made the booking. Every parameter is optional and at least one must be passed; omitted fields keep their values. Empty text clears the three scalars, and an address whose every field is blank clears the address; an address that is not blank must carry line 1, city and country. A call whose values all match is an idempotent no-op. The company’s code, name and kind are not editable here — those decide who the account is, and a rename is not a billing correction. Emits company.billing_updated with the changed field names.

Effects: modify hospitality.company.
