Read an existing instance.

Two or more reservations sharing one physical room, each with its own account (OPERA’s share). One room-night is deducted per covered date regardless of member count; members check in and out independently. Distribution full keeps every member’s booked rates; split divides the primary’s rate per shared night (remainder to the joiner). Terminal status separated re-establishes the members as independent reservations, re-consuming their availability with a live sellability check.
