Read an existing instance.

One typed cash movement in a cashier session — cash_in, cash_out, tip_out, expense (OPERA’s paid-out), or float_adjustment. Amounts are non-negative; the kind carries the direction. Append-only: corrections are compensating entries, never edits. Optionally mirrors a folio payment through cashier_transaction_mirrors_payment — the drawer entry is the mirror, the payment stays the ledger truth.
