Read an existing instance.

A cash drawer’s identity at one property — the till that shifts open against and cash movements reconcile to. Mews’s cashier without the user-assignment mirror; OPERA’s cashier ID without the PIN ceremony. Retire a cashier rather than deleting it: closed sessions keep pointing at the till they reconciled.
