Post every line of an issued order as a charge: per-person lines at the billable count (the higher of the guarantee and the actual) times their quantity, fixed lines at their quantity, the service charge on food and beverage lines carried as the charge’s gratuity leg. Needs the event actual and the order issued or revised. The charges go to the order’s folio, else the block’s master folio, and a routing rule bound there is obeyed; the folio must be open and in the order’s currency. The order becomes posted and its lines freeze.

Apply against an open branch’s overlay view instead of the canonical (main) plane. The action’s writes land in the branch’s copy-on-first-write overlay, its events in the branch’s own stream, and the invocation is journaled for merge-by-replay. Branch writes are action-only, so this is the write-side entry point to a branch (POST /v1/branches forks one).
