The tray or trolley comes back from the room: the target room-service check’s delivery_status goes delivered → cleared, stamping cleared_at, and the order leaves the room-service board. Only from delivered; the check may still be open. Emits fnb.tray_collected.

Effects: modify hospitality.guest_check.

The action’s writes land in the branch’s copy-on-first-write overlay, its events in the branch’s own stream, and the invocation is journaled for merge-by-replay.
