Read an existing instance.

The one-time-charge artefact for tiers that carry a non-recurring initiation fee. Aman Founders’ $200K, Saint Haven and Soho House joining fees, country-club initiation. Distinct from membership_subscription because the initiation is a non-recurring contract obligation with its own transferability rules (Aman Founders’ legacy-lifetime transfers on Founder death; most other operators’ initiations are non-transferable) and its own IFRS 15 / ASC 606 deferred-revenue treatment.
