Time-travel read: the instance as it stood at the at watermark, reconstructed by folding its structural events. Property values that were marking-redacted or truncated in the event log surface as sentinel objects, not values.

One posted mandatory brand/operator charge (USALI 12 Schedule 16) — royalty, marketing assessment, loyalty, reservations, technology, training, purchasing, QA, or management fee. Only mandatory charges; optional services and pass-throughs are excluded by Schedule 16’s definition. Immutable except the terminal void.
